The Merchant Support Specialist is responsible for providing assistance on technical issues for our
clients utilizing MeevoPay, Meevo’s credit card processing.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support to clients transitioning from third-party vendors to MeevoPay.
• Assist with related merchant inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
• Address and resolve inbound client inquiries and issues via phone, email, or ticketing
systems
• Utilizing Salesforce to manage and create new tickets for all incoming inquiries. Accurately
enter client details into database. Update existing tickets when applicable
• Understand and provide guidance on clients’ technical issues using problem solving
• Document solutions in Salesforce and provide dependable and timely resolutions to clients
• Provide timely follow-up to resolve client inquiries
• Handle client complaints respectfully and professionally
• Work with colleagues and other departments to provide superior customer service
Requirements:
• BS/BA degree preferred
• Previous experience in electronic payment processing customer support role with knowledge
of payment processing systems and technologies.
• Previous experience providing support remotely via phone
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
• Ability to address difficult or complex customer scenarios with professionalism
• Ability to multitask

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $45,000- 50,000. In addition to base pay, the total compensation package may also include performance bonuses, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
