As Manager, Demand Generation, you will lead the strategy and execution of a full-funnel growth engine for Millennium Systems International—serving the fast-evolving salon, spa, and medspa industries. With ownership across new logo acquisition and client expansion, you’ll drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact through integrated campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), upsell programs, and event strategies.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Product Marketing to develop and execute data-driven programs that resonate with our highest-value prospects and existing clients. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role where you will leverage tools like HubSpot and 6sense to orchestrate multi-channel campaigns that generate pipeline and drive revenue.

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $60,000 to $80,000. In addition to base pay, the total compensation package may also include commission, performance bonuses, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

What You’ll Do
- Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven ABM strategy to support new logo goals
- Partner with Sales to build and maintain key account lists, increase TAM coverage, enrich account and contact data, and progress accounts through the funnel
- Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, social, direct mail, events, and content syndication
- Develop segmented nurture tracks and campaign workflows in HubSpot to improve conversion and drive engagement
- Leverage 6sense to surface account intent, prioritize outreach, and personalize engagement at scale
- Lead the strategy and execution of customer marketing and upsell initiatives to drive ARR growth across existing accounts
- Manage MSI’s presence at key industry events and webinars, including pre- and post-event campaign planning
- Collaborate with Product and Content teams to bring new features and client success stories to life in marketing programs
- Monitor and report campaign performance, full-funnel metrics, and ROI to leadership, making recommendations for optimization
- Apply a test-and-learn mindset to all campaigns, continuously experimenting and refining based on data
- Ensure strong cross-functional alignment with Sales, Client Success, Product, and Revenue Operations
- Learn and stay current on trends and challenges in the salon, spa, and medspa industry through client visits, events, and trade shows
- Understand the competitive landscape and ensure MSI’s value proposition remains compelling and differentiated
- Pipeline growth across both new acquisition and customer expansion
- Increased engagement and conversion among enterprise accounts in the salon, spa, and medspa segments
- Highly targeted campaigns that reflect the needs and priorities of MSI’s top prospects and clients
- Strong alignment between Marketing and Sales on account prioritization, messaging, and follow-up
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation, ABM, and customer marketing
- Preferred experience with vertical SaaS or service-based industries (beauty, wellness, fitness, or healthcare strongly preferred)
- Proven success owning full-funnel campaign strategy and execution, from lead generation to expansion
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot for marketing automation, lead nurturing, and reporting
- Proficiency with 6sense for account prioritization, segmentation, and intent-based targeting
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Sales and Customer Success
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable campaigns
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on KPIs and funnel performance
- Exceptional project management, prioritization, and attention to detail
